Health Minister To Speak On Universal Health Package At Meet The Press Tomorrow
Health Minister Kwaku Agyeman Manu, will tomorrow Thursday May 16, 2019 announce plans by government to ensure Ghanaians start enjoying universal health coverage.
The Universal Health package seeks to ensure access and quality health service is available to all Ghanaians while at the same time reducing financial risk.
The Minister will share how government intends to roll out this plan when he takes his turn at the Meet-the-Press series organized by the Information Ministry.
Mr. Manu is expected to also announce gains made by Ghana in its quest to achieve the 9-90-90 target which seeks to end the HIV/AIDS epidemic by 2030.
The Meet the Press series will be carried live on GTV and all Ministry of Information’s (MOI’s) social media platforms
