Adentan MP Calls For Attitudinal Change Among Ghanaians (PHOTOS)

Mr. Yaw Buabeng Asamoah, Member of Parliament (MP) for Adenta Constituency, has called on Ghanaians to change their attitude towards the environment for them to stay healthy at all times.

According to him, Ghanaians could stay healthy only if they change their attitudes towards the environment by desisting from throwing garbage around their surroundings and in the gutters, which could lead to many outbreaks of diseases and disaster.

Hon. Buaben Asamoa said this during a sensitization programme organized by Ashaley Botwe Electoral Area in Adentan constituency, in collaboration with the Adentan Municipality National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO).

Lawyer Buaben Asamoa who also doubles as communications Director of the ruling New Patrioitc Party (NPP) commended the commitment of his constituent to help solve sanitation problems in the country.

Mr. Ankamah Sarpong, NADMO director of Adentan municipality also called for attitudinal change from the public to reduce the incidence of disasters in the society.

He therefore appealed to residents to sanitize the environment especially those living closer to gutters from time to time to enjoy healthy living.
