Asawase Constituency Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Alhaji Mutum has denied reports that confusion ensued at the Ashanti regional party office.
According to reports, there was chaos at the party headquarters leading to police intervention after one Masawudu Mubarack was prevented from picking a form to contest in the upcoming primaries.
However, Alhaji Mutum narrating what happened in an interview on Neat FM said Masawudu is on suspension and until he is cleared, he cannot contest for any position in the party.
