England's Worst Areas For Sexually Transmitted Diseases

The City of London and Westminster have the most new STI diagnoses of anywhere in the country, new figures have revealed.

London's political, financial and business are breeding grounds for sexually transmitted infections, according to new Public Health England analysis.

London has by far the worst figures for new cases of infections of anywhere in the country, with the City of London clocking up 4,615 per 100,000 people and Westminster 2,694.

Outside of the capital cities with high numbers of young people also had the most STI cases, with Brighton racking up 1,547 in every 100,000 and Manchester 1,4111.
