The National Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Sammi Awuku has embarked on a tour to the Volta and Eastern Regions to meet driver unions, transport operators and party executives in the two Regions.

As part of his working visit, he interacted and engaged them on various government interventions and polices.

His first visit which was with Ho Shop Owners and Transport unions afforded him and his team the opportunity to share policies and programmes under the current administration and to get feedback on how the policies have impacted the lives of the people in the Regions.

He was also impressed with efforts by the leadership of the transport operators and driver unions to address concerns of their members.

Sammi Awuku posted on his Facebook saying “together with my team, I have for the past two days been engaging shop owners, drivers unions and transport operators in Ho,Volta Region.

“I used the platform to inform  them about H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s policies, programmes and achievements…I also solicited feedback on how these policies have impacted the lives of the good people in the region…I commended their efforts in ensuring the concerns of  their members were well addressed…It was a successful interaction and also great to note they appreciate the President’s effort in transforming Ghana…#Victory2020”.

In another post, the NPP National Organizer expressed gratitude to the Regional executives for showing commitment and dedication to the Victory 2020 Agenda of the New Patriotic Party.

“Kudos to all my Regional Organisers and Deputies for your time, commitment and dedication to the Victory 2020 Agenda…Let the renewed zeal and spirit of Volta spur us on to victory come 2020,” he urged.
