A policeman has been shot dead by alleged armed robbers at Manso Abodom Dome in the Amansie West District of the Ashanti region. The cop whose name was only given as Ben was shot dead on Monday, 19 August 2019 around 5:30pm.
He was shot in the head by the gun men. The body has been deposited at the Agroyesum hospital morgue awaiting autopsy.
A police source confirmed the incidence to Class News’ Ashanti regional correspondent Elisha Adarkwa.
