A British couple drove home from their holiday in France to discover a 17-year-old illegal immigrant stowed away in their car roof box.

Simon Fenton, 57, parked his Skoda on his drive in Newbury, Berkshire, before his wife Sally screamed as he went to open up their £690,000 five-bedroom home.

The solicitor saw a shoe sticking out the side of the roof box, before the car started moving and the couple heard someone inside it.
