Former President Kufuor back Home

Former President John Agyekum Kufuor returned home Thursday, after a three-day visit to Monrovia, Liberia where he addressed trilateral talks involving Africa, the United States and China. The dialogue, initiated by the Leon H. Sullivan Foundation of the US, examined how the US and China were contributing to the social and economic development of Africa. Former President Kufuor who is a member of the Board of Governors of the Foundation spoke on: �Perceptions on Corporate Social Responsibility in Africa.� A statement signed by Frank Agyekum, spokesperson for former President Kufuor said Liberian President, Mrs. Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf also addressed the meeting attended by business executives, academicians, analysts and policy makers from around the world who brain-stormed on how Africa could maximize its benefits in the globalized world economy.
