Dead T'adi Girls Saga: Ndebugri Should Talk Like A Senior Lawyer - Maurice Ampaw

Controversial Lawyer, Maurice Ampaw has described as “laughable” a call by his senior colleague and former legislator for the arrest of Director-General of the Criminal Investigations [CID] Department, DCOP Maame Yaa Tiwaa Addo-Danquah.

According to John Ndebugri, the police CID boss became an “accomplice” in the kidnapped Takoradi girls’ case after she claimed that the police knew the whereabouts of the girls.

DCOP Tiwaa Addo-Danquah on Tuesday, 2nd April 2019 told Ghanaians that her outfit knew the whereabout of the Takoradi kidnapped girls.

After receiving a lot of backlash for the remark, she subsequently said her comment was to give assurance to the families.

But many including John Ndebugri still want her arrested for her false assurance – a move Maurice Ampaw thinks is ‘useless’.

Speaking on NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’ – Lawyer Ampaw questioned if the kidnappers earlier informed the CID boss of their operations before it was carried out.

“Did they [kidnappers] call Tiwaa to inform her?” he questioned – adding that, “Ndebugri should talk like a lawyer and provide evidence of his claim.”
