Ghanaians must unite to ensure national development- Nakoa Jamson

Nakoa Nazareth Ansah Jamson, Head of the Prophets of Spiritual Churches Council, has called on Ghanaians to bury their political differences and rally behind the government to ensure rapid national development. He said it was only through unity and the will to serve the nation other than one's parochial interest that Ghanaians could make meaningful contributions to national reconstruction. Nakoa Jamson, who is also the General Overseer of the Israel King of Jews Church at Dome, made the call at a meeting of the Council in Accra on Thursday. The meeting was aimed at the development and the growth of the Council and also how best the body could contribute to national development. Nakoa Jamson said it would be very difficult for any country that was divided to see growth ad asked the citizenry to contribute to issues affecting the socio-economic well-being of the nation. He urged them to use the celebration of the Centenary birthday of Dr Kwame Nkrumah, Ghana's first President to demonstrate their oneness as a nation of tolerance and justify the accolade as the epitome of democratic governance in Africa. Nakoa Jamson urged drivers to refrain from driving under the influence of alcohol as the celebration of Easter draws nearer in order to save lives and property. He charged the youth to desist from all forms of acts which would tend to ruin their lives in future.
