President Hu Jintao The People�s Republic of China has sent a congratulatory message to his Ghanaian counterpart. Prof. J.E.A Mills, the government and people of Ghana on the occasion of 53rd independence anniversary.
His message, released by the Chinese embassy in Ghana, said Ghana had made remarkable achievements in various fields in its pursuit of national development.
�It has enjoyed political stability and sustainable economic development for many years, and played a positive role in safeguarding peace in the region,� it said.
President Hu Jinato �said under the leadership of Your Excellency, the government and the people of Ghana properly addressed the challenges of the international financial crisis last year, and achieved positive results in stabilizing the economy, maintaining social stability and improving the livelihood of the people.�
