Newly released police records reveal this is just the latest in a spate of car-related crimes committed by very-young offenders in England over the past two years. The shocking statistics prompted car safety charity boss Kath Hartley to call for road safety to be taught in British schools, saying, �It is incredibly concerning that young people are risking their own and other people�s lives on the road, this must be addressed as a matter of urgency.� �Young people must be taught the dangers of getting behind the wheel without proper training.�
