Royal Couple Back From Honeymoon

THE Royal Couple have arrived home from their honeymoon today. Wills and Kate - formally known as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge - jetted back into Britain from the Seychelles. The newlyweds spent ten days in a luxury resort on an exclusive private island in honeymoon hotspot. A spokesman for St James's Palace said: "The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have returned to the UK from their honeymoon in the Seychelles. "The couple thoroughly enjoyed their time together, and they are grateful to the Seychelles Government for their assistance in making the honeymoon such a memorable and special ten days." On their last day, they invited the Seychelles' coastguard ashore to personally thank them for helping to keep their trip private. The Seychelles Government have released a statement saying that they were honoured to have hosted William and Kate. The head of the Seychelles tourism board, Alain St Ange, said that the newlyweds were happy and content throughout their stay on the North Island. Speculation raged as to where the Royal couple were going on their honeymoon. After the lavish wedding, the Duke returned to his job as a RAF search and rescue helicopter pilot for a few days before jetting off with his new wife. William and Kate had previously enjoyed a week-long break on another island of the Seychelles in August, 2007. At the time, it was reported that William told islanders that it was the best holiday he had ever had.
