Rebecca Acheampong popularly known as Becca was �arrested� in Accra yesterday for traffic offences. Becca confirmed the incident when she spoke with Okay FM�s Abeiku Santana on �Ekwanso Dwodwo�s� gossip segment �akekakeka� (rumour mill) on Thursday. The beautiful singer said �were I was supposed to pass, I did not see well so I negotiated a curve on a wrong side of the road�. She continued �Yes I was arrested by female and male traffic wardens (Atta-Mills police) in blue outfits. I apologised, usually when you do something wrong you just have to apologise, I think you just do that and move on and that is exactly what I did�. Becca told Abeiku Santana Becca�s latest song �African woman� is currently a major hit enjoyed by both the young and old in the country. She came into the limelight with her single �you lie to� featuring Kwabena Kwabena.
