Okudzeto Ablakwa Petitions World Bank To Investigate US$48m Contract Allegedly Awarded By Ursula
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament(MP) for North Tongu Constituency, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has petitioned the World Bank over a project being rolled out by the Ministry of Communications and Digitalization(MoCD) headed by Ursula Owusu-Ekuful.
According to him, the contract for the project did not go through the Public Procurement Authority (PPA). See below the full petition
