Russia Maintains Its Partnership With Africa

The development and consolidation of mutually beneficial relations with African countries is one of the Russian Federation's priorities. The relationship between the two parties goes back to the time of the Soviet Union, which has always supported Africans in defending their independence and sovereignty.

Today, Russia has contributed much to its allies on the African continent, which was monopolized by the West and imposed its monopoly by coercion on its colonies throughout the era of occupation that has passed and the neocolonialism in the era of independence acquired for the countries of this continent. Now is the time for Africa, through its cooperation with Russia, to invest these resources for the benefit of the peoples of this continent, and to ensure their dignity, prosperity and future.

In this matter of cooperation and solidarity, Russia and Russian companies continue to fulfill their obligations in full, despite what Western media say about Russia's shrinking influence due to the Wagner PMC mutiny.

The West would like to see both Russia and PMC Wagner weakened so that France, the US, the UK and other Western countries have no more competitors in Africa.  However, both Russia and PMC Wagner continue to fully fulfill their obligations.

Russia has affirmed her continuing support and agreement with African countries, and Russia will not allow the return of Western anti-African influence and will also strive to deepen her cooperation with African countries.

Perhaps the West thinks that the Russian-Western war in Ukraine complicates Russia's fulfillment of its duties towards its friends in Africa, but the situation in Russia is stable and reliable. Africa can count on Russia and fulfill the obligations of Russia and other Russian players such as PMC Wagner.
