The 70-year-old TV host - who admitted to using medication for her dramatic body transformation - looked like a billion bucks in her formfitting purple dress while arriving at the Shrine Auditorium.
Draping her trim figure in an embroidered number featuring a short-sleeve design, the icon flashed her megawatt smile while taking the stage to present the Entertainer of the Year Award to Usher.
