Princess Diana's Brother Weds Again

THE brother of the late Princess Diana has wed for the third time. Earl Spencer married a Canadian divorcee, nine years his junior, yesterday, in an intimate ceremony at the family home, in Althorp, Northamptonshire. Karen Gordon, 38, looked elegant in a white fitted lace wedding dress, and carried a streaming bouquet of cream and white flowers while the 47-year-old Earl wore a navy pinstripe suit. Spencer announced his engagement to his new wife, who will be now known as Countess Spencer, earlier this year. He has worked as a journalist and an author, and has four children from his first marriage to Victoria Lockwood in 1989. Three of them, blondes Lady Kitty, 20, and 18-year-old twins Lady Eliza and Lady Amelia turned heads earlier this year with their stunning beauty, at the wedding of their cousin, Prince William. Their parents divorced in 1997. Four years later he married public relations guru turned part-time teacher Caroline Freud. Their five-year relationship produced two daughters - Edmund, seven and five-year-old Lara. Canadian Gordon is the founder of charity Whole Child International. She has two daughters from a previous marriage to Hollywood producer Mark Gordon.
