Big Brother Amplified: Zimbabwean Housemates Vimbai and Wendall Face Big Brother Axe

ITS fast fingers first this week for Zimbabwean fans of Big Brother Africa as both the countrys representatives in the M-Net TV show are up for eviction. For the first time since walking into the Big Brother house in a quiet Johannesburg suburb on May 1, Wendall Parson is up for eviction following Mondays nominations. Vimbai Mutinhiri has comfortably survived two evictions, helped mainly by the Zimbabwe vote. In all, seven of the eight housemates in the Heads house are nominated but only one will be evicted on Sunday. There are two Big Brother houses the Tails and the Heads. Evictions take turns between the two. During nominations on Monday, Vimbai put Kenyas Millicent Mugadi on the chopping block for her excessive drinking. Vimbai said the Kenyan needed to stop using alcohol as her outlet and learn to express herself when sober. She also nominated Tendai Lomwe Namate from Malawi. Wendall, meanwhile, nominated Ugandas Sharon Salmon Kenge and Nigerias Melvina Vina Longpert for strategic reasons. The Zimbabwean duo picked up two nominations each. Millicent returned the favour by nominating Vimbai and Sharon nominated her second. Wendall, who has barely registered in his 50 days in the Big Brother house, picked up a nomination from Malawis Felicia Susan Ngoma and Vina. Vina told Big Brother Wendall had hidden her dress, an act which she considered theft. As head of house, Vina decided to swap herself for Felicia the only housemate to emerge from the nominations unscathed. Two housemates will win US$200,000 on July 31 at the end of the show's 91-day run. Seventeen housemates remained this week with nine having been evicted. Watch Wendell massage Vimbai in video below:
