Actor Emeka Enyiocha has written a petition to actor Segun Arinze the President of AGN indicting Emeka Rollas( National Secretary), Emeka Ibe otherwise known as 'Emeka Rising'( Lagos state AGN chairman) and Mr. Abubukar Yakubu(PRO). on their collective and individual acts of misconduct over the funds contributed during the burial ceremony of actor Ashley Nwosu. The List of donors [although no exhaustive] are as follows: MD- So Safe Bottle water, N100,000 Tonto Dike 100,000 Rita Dominic 20,000 Stephanie Okereke 20,000 Segun Arinze 100,000 Genevieve Nnaji 500 Dollars. Justus Esiri 5,000 Ini Edo 15,000. Other donors are Bob Manuel Udoku, Obot Etuk, Chinedu Ikedieze, Jim Iyke, Charles Inojie,et al. The total money came to N885,000. On Monday June 20,2011, the National Secretary, Mr. Emeka Rollas and the Lagos state chairman Emeka Ibe hurriedly went to Ashley's family and gave them the $500 Genevieve paid and another sum of N25,000. The question being asked now is where is the balance of over N755,000?
