Former Information Minister and National Security Minister, Kofi Totobi Quakyi, recently arrived at a National Democratic Congress function wearing this T-shirt. �Bo Bold� is the campaign slogan of Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings, but trust good old Totobi, the propaganda guru and master strategist to add his own twist.
