TRAGIC fashion designer Alexander McQueen has left �50,000 in his will to his beloved pet dogs. The generous gift ensures English bull terriers Juice, Minter and Callum will be pampered for the rest of their lives. The catwalk king also bequeathed another �50,000 of his �16million fortune to each of his two housekeepers, his will discloses. One of them discovered his dead body hanging from a wardrobe in his Mayfair flat in central London last year. McQueen was 40 when he committed suicide after taking a cocktail of cocaine, sleeping pills and tranquilisers the night before the funeral of his mother Joyce in February. Donations of �100,000 a piece were made to four charities � The Terrence Higgins Trust, Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, the London Buddhist Centre and the animal welfare organisation Blue Cross. He handed �50,000 to his godson and each of his nieces and nephews. His three sisters and two brothers will receive �250,000 each. But the vast bulk of his estate has been left in trust for his Sarabande charity. He has requested that the money fund bursaries or grants for students at Central St Martin's College Of Art and Design in London, where he studied. The gay son of an East End cabbie, McQueen won British Designer of the Year four times. His clients ranged from Lady GaGa to Prince Charles. An inquest in April last year heard that he killed himself after struggling with depression, the pressures of his work and his mother's death.
