The Executive Committee of Ho Central Constituency branch of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has suspended Mr Daniel Idikoko and Alhaji Bello, Chairman and member of the Sava branch in Ho respectively. Mr Idikoko and Alhaji Bello under the banner of the �Volta Regional NDC Youth for Action�, on Wednesday led a demonstration against the Volta Regional Minister, Mr Joseph Amenowode and Mr Isaac Kodobissah, Ho Municipal Chief Executive for alleged non-performance. �We dissociate the party from this treasonable act and are therefore calling on the Regional Secretariat to discipline them for their nefarious agenda aimed at retarding the growth and development of the region�. Mr Stanley Glatey, Constituency Secretary of the NDC announced the suspension at a press conference in Ho on Wednesday. Mr Hannock Bansah, the Constituency Chairman, who was absent at the press conference told a reporter on phone that he was not aware of the conference. �His attitude is what has created the mess,� Mr Emil Joseph Amevor a member of the Constituency Executive Committee said. �The Chairman (Mr Bansah), has made no effort to resolve the issue�, Mr Amevor alleged. Mr Glatey said Mr Idikoko and Alhaji Bello failed to use the party�s grievance procedures. He said they and other ring leaders of the demonstration were driven by personal interests.
