BELGIUM international Romelu Lukaku arrived at St Pancras station this morning ahead of his medical at Chelsea. The Blues agreed a deal to sign the 18-year-old striker from Anderlecht at the weekend.
Lukaku, who travelled to London by Eurostar from Brussels, scored 16 goals in 37 league appearances last season and has netted twice in two games in the current campaign.
Asked about Blues manager Andre Villas-Boas, he said: "He's a good man."
