Tigo Mobile Network on Monday announced reduction in its call rates and introduced four new call plans to make communication on the network one of the most affordable in Ghana.
Tigo subscribers can now call other Tigo lines for only seven
pesewas (7Gp) per minute. A statement copied to the Ghana News Agency on the reduction said, the reduction was as a result of consumer insights it gathered that beyond innovative and solution based products enjoyed by subscribers,
customers also want to be able to make calls at lower rates.
It said Tigo regards every subscriber as unique, hence the
decision to give all customers the opportunity to call other Tigo
subscribers for only 7Gp per minute or choose any of the four new call
plans that suits their needs.
The new call plans are: Triple Bonus, Triple Bonus IDD, Super Zone
and Stop the Clock.
