Mr. Samuel Ofosu, Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, has won the Tema West constituency NDC parliamentary primary.
Mr Ofosu Ampofo polled 193 votes to beat his closest contender Lawyer James Enu who polled 104 votes on Sunday.
