Samia Must Apologise For Nonsense Tantrums

The Womens Organiser of the Convention Peoples Party (CPP), Mary Ankomah, is demanding an unreserved apology from her partys chairperson Samia Nkrumah for throwing tantrums at a presidential aspirant of the party. Madam Ankomah joins company with Samias brother Sekou Nkrumah, who earlier told Citi News his sister was being used by some anti-Paa Kwesi Nduom elements within the party. She would, however, not mention names. Samia, who doubles as the Jomoro MP, recently launched vitriolic attacks on Dr. Nduom for allegedly orchestrating activities to disintegrate the party. She accused the 2008 flagbearer of the party of waging a campaign to demonise party supporters. Dr. Nduom has been accused by other party officials including General Secretary Ivor Greenstreet of being behind calls for an early congress. Madam Ankomah told Citi News she strongly believes Samia is being manipulated. I brought that up at the central committee meeting that she should apologise to Dr. Nduom because her behaviour was not appropriate, she indicated. From all that is happening, you can see clearly that Samia is really being used. Knowing Samia as a person, the little that I have seen about her, I dont think Samia is capable of doing all these things if she is not being used by some other people. Ankomah added: I cant mention names but looking at the whole scenario, I think she is being pushed; she is being really pushed.
