He would have to meet Alfred Woyome in Court to defend the filthy and irresponsible statements he made on the airwaves last week, whilst his prey was away in America. In a claim, of direct service to Kennedy Agyapong, Mr. Alfred Woyome who is the current Chairman of the National Board for Small Scale Industries avers that, the former deliberately referred to and called him several unprintable names thereby defaming his character. Among the relief�s being sought against the MP are: aggravated or exemplary damages, against the defendant, for defamation in the sum of GH�1,000,000.00, a declaration that the statements, comments and publications made of and concerning the Plaintiff the subject of the suit are defamatory of the plaintiff.
