Adam Larsen Kwarasey Eyes Quick Improvement

Ghana goalkeeper Adam Larsen Kwarasey has admitted he needs to improve on his dealing of aerial situations after the nightmare against Mali. The 24 year old who stands at over 6ft was left stranded at least three times when he came out for crosses against Mali. His indecision has been criticised and the player has been the first to admit he needs to improve. "I am happy we kept a clean sheet but I am not happy with my personal performance," he said. "The Malians were strong and big and I had problems dealing with the aerial balls. I am still learning but I will improve. I learnt that I have to use my body and height a lot more and command my area." Former Ghana number one Abubakari Damba admits Kwarasey was indecisive but says there is no cause for alarm yet. "He may suffer some psychological set back as a result of the indecisions but he will improve, Damba said. "We all have to remember that he has not yet conceded a bad goal which is important for a goalkeeper."
