Please be informed that the leadership of the Progressive People�s Party (PPP) has decided to open nominations for the election of presidential and parliamentary candidates with immediate effect. 2. Presidential Nomination closes on Thursday 16th February 2012. 3. Presidential Aspirants may obtain Nomination Forms from the National Office for a non-refundable fee of Ghc500.00. 4. All Presidential Aspirants will be required to pay a non-refundable filing fee of Ghc25,000.00.(Twenty-Five Thousand Ghana Cedis). 5. Parliamentary Aspirants may purchase the Nomination Form from the Regional Secretariat of the PPP for a non-refundable fee of GH₵100.00. 6. Male aspirants will be required to pay a non-refundable filing fee of Ghc1,000.00. Female aspirants and male aspirants below the age of 35 years are required to pay Ghc500.00 as filing fees. 7. Regional and Constituency Executives are advised to open nominations and ensure that all Parliamentary Candidates are duly elected by Friday 30th March, 2012.
