Embattled DSP Gifty Mawuenya Tehoda has been rearrested and charged with �abetment of crime�. She appeared in court today to face the new charge which stems from her involvement in the cocaine-turned-baking-soda scandal after the first charge was thrown out. According to an Accra based Human Rights Court, the charge of �stealing of cocaine� brought against DSP Tehoda was alien to the statute books of Ghana. In view of this the charge has been withdrawn by the State Prosecution and is to be replaced by �abetment of crime�.
