The Managing Editor of the Daily Searchlight newspaper, Ken Kurankye is calling for the dismissal of National Security Advisor, Brigadier General Nunoo Mensah over his role in the latest backlash by former president Rawlings on the current government. Mr. Rawlings on Friday stated that the future of the NDC is bleak adding that the party has lost its values. The party�s founder who was speaking at Agona Nsaba in the Central region during the commissioning of a six-classroom block facility financed by the National Security Advisor Brigadier General Nunoo Mensah intimated that the party is helping perpetuate some of the wrong things it had accused the previous NPP government of. The Daily Searchlight newspaper editor who was speaking on Citi Fm�s believes the president�s National Security Adviser has crossed the line in that he provided the platform for former President Rawlings to say �uncomplimentary� things about the President. He said �Nunoo Mensah, National Security Advisor to Mills, creates the platform for Rawlings to come and say those things about the President, he should be given the same treatment like Martin Amidu, Nunoo Mensah should be fired. �Because the things that Rawlings said there are not complementary about the President. �
