PRESS RELEASE

Union Savings and Loans dissociates itself from Union Rural Bank

Management of Union Savings and Loans would like to bring to the notice of our clients and the general public that  we have no legal or commercial relationship whatsoever with Union Rural Bank.

Some clients of Union Rural bank were recently heard on air lamenting about the bank’s refusal to give them access to their deposits.

Subsequently, it has come to our notice that due to the resemblance of the two names, some industry players are associating Union Savings and Loans to Union Rural Bank’s story.

Thus it has become necessary to officially dissociate our company from Union Rural bank.

Union Savings and Loans has been operating in Ghana since 1989 and continues to offer all banking services including deposits and account management, transaction banking (including e-banking), lending and advisory services to businesses and individual clients.

All our 18 branches located in Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, Koforidua and Kasoa are open for business from 8:30am to 4: 30pm and 9: 00am to 2:00pm on Saturdays for selected branches.
