Vodafone Telecommunications Ghana Limited is to come out with innovations next year to increase production in the telecommunications sector.
Mr. Derriek Appiah, Director of Vodafone Business Solution, who gave the hint on Thursday in Takoradi and said the company has invested about $500 million in the network and would roll out a number of products to attract more customers.
For now, Vodafone Company prides itself of the landline, internet facilities and mobile phones among other packages.
Mr. Appiah was interacting with journalists when the Takoradi office of the company hosted customers to a luncheon.
He noted that the company is faced with challenges such as infrastructural disconnections on the roads that affect the communication network.
Mr. Appiah however, said the company had always acted swiftly to address the problem when it cropped up.
Mr. Ransford Tetteh, Regional Manager of the Vodafone Business Solutions said as from next year the company would focus on customer service.
