Lack of access to information on external markets and inadequate infrastructure has been cited as challenges facing the private sector.
Speaking at the one year anniversary celebration of the Finder Newspaper in Accra, the British High Commissioner to Ghana, Peter Jones, urged government to improve on structural reforms that will develop small to medium scale enterprises.
Mr. Jones said the development of private sector jobs is an effective strategy in taking Ghanaians out of poverty.
