Oil marketing firm, GOIL posted 23 percent profit for the first three months of this year.
Its profit inched up to 3.2 million Ghana cedis at the end of March this year compared with 2.6 million Ghana Cedis during the same period last year.
Revenue also shot up to 224.3 million Ghana cedis at the end of March this year as against 173 million Ghana Cedis in March 2012.
GOIL has witnessed more than 140 percent increase in its share price since the year began.
Managing Director, Patrick Akorli in an interview with XYZ News said GOIL will expand its operations in the ECOWAS sub-region to consolidate more gains.
