Dear Sammy Gyamfi,
A person can eat from the same bowl with me. He can stay in the same house with me. He can even be seen in public with me. But that does not make him my ‘errand boy’ whose sins must be associated to me.
The dictionary definition of an errand boy is, “a boy employed in a shop or office to make deliveries and run other errands.” The key word here is “employed.”
So you don’t need just a witness who can establish that Seidu Mba knows Napo. What you need is evidence that Seidu Mba is an employee of Napo who has been engaged by Napo to commit the offense he (Seidu Mba) has been accused of.
So I will advise you to stop pandering to the public, and to stop courting sympathies on Facebook. The favorable comments and the likes will not win you the case in court.
Rather, use your time to gather substantial evidence that establishes that Seidu Mba is an employee of Napo whose duties include the offense he has been accused of.
You have a right to appeal so please do so, but this time with concrete evidence.
Note: I am not a lawyer. This is my layman or my common sense understanding of the law.
