Drew Barrymore's half-sister Jessica was found dead in a parked car Tuesday morning, reports ABC affiliate 10News. Marta Lopez, a neighbor, called the police after finding Jessica's car blocking her driveway in National City, California (near San Diego).
Lopez told police that she saw "dozens of white pills" scattered around Jessica's body.
