An Accra District Magistrate Court has reportedly issued a bench warrant for the arrest of John Pelp for fraud.
John Pelp, 35, is said to have defrauded a businessman to the tune of GH¢100,000.
It indicated that John Pelp, a self-styled contractor and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of John Pelp Ghana Limited, collected the amount of money from the complainant and promised him a contract, but failed to do so.
When the complainant demanded his money, John Pelp issued cheques to him but they were dishonoured at the bank.
The suspect, who has since gone into hiding, is 5.8 feet tall, fair in complexion with bald head.
He is believed to be hiding in areas such as Abelemkpe, Aflao and Tamale.
