The Majority Chief Whip and MP for Nsawam/Adoagyiri,. Hon Frank Annoh- Dompreh has reiterated his commitment towards promotion of quality education in the Nsawam/Adoagyiri Municipality.
He made the comment today when he presented library books to Rev Father Weiggers Basic School, Bishop Ato Basic School and the Adoagyiri Methodist Basic School all in Nsawam/Adoagyiri Municipality.
The donation of the Library books to the Basic Schools in Nsawam/Adoagyiri by Hon Frank Annoh Dompreh stems from an agreement reached between he the Majority Chief Whip and Books To Africa in United Kingdom under which the MP spent US$7, 000.00 to procure the books for distribution to the schools .
Hon Frank Annoh Dompreh said he has provided 50 ICT Centers in various schools in the constituency to promote ICT learning.
He urged teachers , parents and students in the constituency to double their efforts to make the performance of students the best in the country.
Frank Annoh Dompreh gave the assurance that roads in various see parts of the Municipality will be asphalted by the government of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo as plans are far advanced to carry out the road projects .
The Nsawam/Adoagyiri Municipal Director of Education Mr Samuel Ntow commended Hon Frank Annoh Dompreh for the donation of the books to the schools and said it will greatly enhance literacy in the Municipality .
