A Member of NDC’s COVID-19 Team, Dr. Jehu Appiah says government has been “extremely poor” with public health education in the fight against Coronavirus.
“The education has not gone well and I am not happy with that,” he claimed.
Dr. Jehu Appiah who was speaking on NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’ noted that a “proper health education could have help curbed the situation right from the onset.”

COVID-19 cases
Ghana’s health authorities have confirmed 470 new cases to take the country’s COVID-19 caseload to 41,003.
Also, nine more deaths have taken the total fatality toll to 215 - the number of recoveries has increased to 38,330. This means the active caseload has fallen to 2,458.
