A total of 11 babies including a set of twins were delivered at the Akim Oda Government Hospital on Christmas Day.
Ms Matilda Oti, Senior Staff Nurse and Ms Janet Amoah, Senior Staff Midwife of the hospital told the Ghana News Agency that the babies were made up of seven boys and four girls.
According to the medical staff, all the babies and their mothers are doing well.
At the Koforidua Regional Hospital, 14 deliveries were recorded on Christmas Day made up of eight boys and six girls.
