The interdicted police woman at the centre of the cocaine turned baking soda scandal, DSP Gifty Mawuenyega Tehoda, will today appear in court.
She was granted bail to the tune of GHC 100,000 and was asked to report to the BNI every Monday till the case was heard in court.
At her last appearance on February 20, the Chief State Attorney, Anthony Rexford Owiredu asked for more time to be able to determine the direction of the case.
DSP Tehoda�s Lawyer, E.A Voduagu is wondering how the state could still go ahead to charge his client when thorough are yet to be conducted.
She was charged with abetment of crime in relation to narcotics.
