A team from the US led by the Director of Maternal Infant Global Health Programme, Professor Medge Owen, has paid a courtesy call on the former First Lady, Dr Ernestina Naadu Mills in Accra.
The delegation made up of children from Cash Lovell Stables and Forsyth Country Day School in the US presented medical equipment and other teaching materials to Dr Naadu Mills to help improve on education and health care in selected schools in Accra.
Professor Owen said improving social amenities such as schools and hospitals will help to enhance the quality of lives in the country.
She pledged her continuous support to Ghana.
