Aggrieved members of the Western region house of chiefs who are contesting the legality of the recently held regional house of chiefs elections are insisting they will only withdraw their suit when their call for fresh elections are accepted.
It will be recalled that the aggrieved paramount chiefs took the case to the Sekondi High court.
A team of mediators comprising some eminent clergymen in the region were meeting with the two parties when the case was called in court.
Speaking with Skyy News, the lead member of the aggrieved paramount chiefs, Awulae Agyemfi Kwame said they are yet to meet with the mediating team over the issue.
Awulae Agyemfi Kwame who is also the Chief of Nsein says their decision to go to court is to correct the wrong impression.
