The spiritual head of the “Kofi Kofi” shrine, Nana Kwaku Bonsam has denied claims that he has rejected his over 100 lesser gods to follow Christ.

According him, the rumor speculating that he is now a ‘born again’ Christian is untrue since he has no intentions to rebuff his shrine for now.

Speaking to Adom FM, the renowned fetish priest categorically stated that, his return from New York is to strengthen his spiritual powers and as well as preach peace ahead of the Supreme Court final ruling of the 2012 Election Petition.

“I want all (Ghanaians) to note that, I am still the Kweku Bonsam and still doing my spiritual works. I am now going to take the trance to the highest level and it’s going to be authentic. I will modify the worship (trance) so others will not think otherwise about it,” he said.

Congregation at the Akomadan branch of the Roman Catholic Church were last Sunday thrown into a state of confusion, when the ‘evil man’ Nana Kwaku Bonsam, visited the church with his army of followers to worship with them.

Kweku Bonsam who has challenged some religious leaders afore of their source of powers in healing the sick amazingly, was to thank God Almighty for bringing him home safely, after undergoing almost six hours of plastic surgery in New York, in the United States.

However, he was also given the opportunity by the parish priest to preach peace and encourage people in his homeland, Akomadan, and across the country to pray for peace ahead of the Supreme Court final verdict on Thursday.
