The owners of Accra Mall Limited have assured its tenants that they would operate an open door policy and respect the individual lease agreement.
The owners said they are committed to successful business operations of individual tenants of the mall.
A statement issued by the owners over the weekend and copied to the Ghana News Agency said.
It said: �We would like to assure Accra mall tenants and the general public that we operate an open door policy and always available to meet individual tenants who have issues in respect of their tenancy agreement.�
The statement said the owners of the mall has on several instances met individual tenants to address issues relating to lease agreements and would continue to meet tenants to dialogue whenever the need arises.
It encouraged individual tenants to book appointment with the owners to address problems and concerns affecting them.
The statement also assured the public of making the mall a preferred shopping destination.
