A 63-year-old man has been beheaded and skinned by unknown murderers on his farm at Akyem Dwenase near Osino in the Eastern region.
The deceased, Opanyin Yaw Aninakwa was the family head of Ayokwor family and had five children.
An eye witness, Antwi Boasiako who spoke to Today said the deceased told his family that he was going to visit his cocoa farm at a village near Osino but the family was later informed by the youth in that village that the deceased was yet to report from farm after leaving for three days.
Mr. Boasiako said the chief quickly organized and ordered the youth to go in search for Opanyin Yaw but found his rotten body on his farm with his head chopped off from his main body.
He said the murderers also took away his tongue and private parts.
The incident had since been reported to the Begoro police command for further investigation.
