About fifteen students of the North Ridge Senior High School at Adeiso in the Eastern region have been rushed to the health centre in the area for suspected food poisoning.
The students were said to have complained of severe abdominal pains after eating food from a popular �joint� around the school.
An Assistant Health Physician at the Adeiso Health Centre, Dominic Ania told Accra based Citi FM that the students were being treated for showing symptoms of cholera.
He said some of those who were admitted on Thursday were still vomiting and complaining of severe abdominal pains.
He said some of them have been referred to the Nsawam Government Hospital where they have a more equipped laboratory.
