The National Service Scheme (NSS) has established a call centre aimed at serving national service personnel and the public better.
The centre will receive complaints, concerns and suggestions from national service personnel and the public.
A statement signed by the acting Executive Director of the scheme, Dr Michael Kpessa-Whyte, and issued in Accra gave the phone numbers of the call centre as 0299370117, 0299370118, 0299370119, 0299370105 and 0299370203.
According to the statement, the new call centre was also intended to make it possible for the NSS to directly receive and address the concerns of service personnel and other stakeholders with dispatch.
�The call centre, which is manned by trained national service persons, operates for 12 hours each working day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.,� it added.
